BUMA Terms of Use

App and Provider Details

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BUMA, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service description

BUMA is a budgeting and personal finance tracking app that helps you record and manage budgets, income, and expenses. BUMA does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Account and sign-in methods

BUMA supports:

• Email sign-up/sign-in
• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account access.

4. Subscriptions (weekly / monthly / yearly)

BUMA offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription plans. Subscription terms, billing, auto-renewal behavior, and cancellation are governed by the rules of the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased the subscription.

Important notes:

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through your store account settings before the renewal date.
• Deleting your BUMA account does not necessarily cancel your store subscription; you should cancel separately in the App Store / Google Play settings if you wish to stop billing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use BUMA for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app (except where legally permitted)
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service through automated or malicious activity

6. User content and data accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter into BUMA. BUMA is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data provided by you.

7. Account deletion and data deletion

You may delete your account:

• In-app via Settings -> Account -> Delete Account

If your account is inactive for 90 days, it may be automatically deleted or de-identified.

8. Intellectual property

BUMA and all related software, design elements, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to PEOPLE PARK YAZILIM BILISIM VE TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: BUMA is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenues.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BUMA after updates means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the app in cases of misuse, security issues, or to comply with legal requirements.
